ASP.NET Bootstrap - Four New Controls (v18.2)

We've ported four major ASP.NET controls to our excellent Bootstrap UI Controls:

1. Spreadsheet
2. Rich Edit
3. File Manager
4. Ribbon

These additions mean that our Bootstrap control set is close to being as comprehensive as the classic DevExpress ASP.NET control suite.
