Mark Miller

Speaking at Microsoft DevDays in the Netherlands this Week

Will present the following sessions at Microsoft DevDays on 23 May 2008:

Custom Controls in WPF

Create custom controls that exploit key features of the WPF framework. See how to create custom shapes, adorners, layout controls, and standard descendant controls. We'll also talk about templates, styles, triggers, and data binding. All examples will follow WPF conventions to create lookless controls to maximize restyling opportunities.

Time: 9:15

Room: Park Foyer, 1e verdieping

Window Presentation Foundation Internals

WPF includes some pretty powerful abilities. But it’s not all about gorgeous graphics. Come see the top five most compelling features of WPF you can exploit in your own applications, that have nothing to do with anything visual.

Time: 15:00

Room: Park Foyer, 1e verdieping

Will also participate in a Geek Night talk show with Remi Caron.

Microsoft DevDays is one of the largest developer conferences in Europe, attracting thousands of developers each year, and it never fails to impress.

Looking forward to seeing you there!
