My VisualStudio 2008 disappeared so often (many times per week), that I've renamed it to InVisibleStudio!

Thankfully it has not happened for awhile now.

PS. I wish MS could close the IDE this quickly when trying to exit.

I still run into the serialization issues with components even after working directly with Microsoft on getting the patch done...if you have large apps you see the problems more often but vs2008 still crashes on me a few times a week. It is however pretty good at recovering though.

Oliver: It's intended to be a community project. Our customers are familiar with UI development, so providing translations of

end-user messages should not be a problem. That's why I'm happy about the quality of these resources.

Piero: Thank you for your note. I've corrected DevExpress_Web_ASPxPivotGrid_v9_1.it.resx as you suggested.

You're too fast ;-)

Now you can download both unified archives - with CHM and PDF files. Note however, that the unified archive with the PDF documentation is quite big - >500 Mb to download...

Joakim,

I'm glad to hear that you've found a solution to this problem! We've added this remark to www.devexpress.com/kbAK15987, so that others know how to unblock their CHM files. Thank you!

The solution was to right click on the file and on the first tab page click "Unblock".

Maybe you could point this out on the helpfile download page or as a readme file in the zip-file for all of us stupid enough ever having "upgraded" to Windows Vista.

Check this out:
