Which would you prefer: having and watching all these how-to-use-it videos before we release the actual grid component so that you can use it from day 1, or, having the grid component first and then waiting to find out how to use it? I prefer it this way: for then I can get an appreciation of what it's going to be like to program this beastie with the current "hobbled" Visual Studio.
