As you may have read on our blogs yesterday, Julian mentioned that we’ve been demoing the DXPivotGrid for WPF in our booth here at this year’s PDC. For interested parties, here are some screenshots from the beta version:
wow, stunning, excellent !
Great stuff, if only you would port Silverlight Layout to WPF....
Very cool! Waiting for the Silverlight Release... :)
Looks great. Really looking forward to 2009.3 release.
Looking forward to it, too! When can we expect at least the beta to be available?
This looks like great progress towards a full suite of WPF and Silverlight controls to match the winforms ones.
Looking forward to when DevExpress achieves this and recognize it takes a lot of effort on your part. That combined with VS 2010 should allow me to justify a project or two using these technologies.
What's the ETA on 2009.3 now?
Kai, please note that the DXPivotGrid will be available in v2009 vol 3 as a CTP version, not the official release. We expect to make it for one of major releases in 2010.
That's ok Ivan. Right now a Pivotgrid is just nice to have. I'm really waiting for some changes in DXGrid in the 2009.3 relase + easier Theme editing.
I wish you would lose those MS Office theme colors. They're hideous. Nauseating. Look at the MS Access theme color sets instead.
When is it coming? We are looking forward for features in DXGrid.
Is there any plans for WPF Tree (with multiple columns)?
All these DX releases for WPF I'm actually thinking it might be a viable platform for development sometime in 2010. Currently with the rich range of controls at home in the WinForms environment I see no reason for the move.
On a side issue is there a WPF XAF project being added anytime soon?
