How to build a new MDI Reports Designer or upgrade an existing one – XtraReports (Coming in v2010 vol 2)

     

In my previous post, I wrote about the multiple document interface support in the End-User Reports Designer that’ll be shipped with the upcoming 2010.2 release of DXperience. In addition to the reports designer that is installed as part of XtraReports, we provide you with the ability to create your own designer so that it can be further customized and/or integrated into your application project.

Creating a new reports designer with multiple document support is easy and fast. Check out the following video that demonstrates how to build a new designer as well as how to upgrade an existing SDI designer to support working with multiple reports:
