I am trying to add a backgroundimage to the grouppanel that fills the panel.  Is there a way to do this so it will resize automatically if the size of the panel changes rather than having to know the size of the panel and then creating a image that size <-- this doesn't work unless because the size depends on the number of columns in the grid.

Unfortunately, backgrounds cannot be stretched. This is the limitation of HTML.
