due to licensing, we can not use OpenOffice dictionaries (for Czech language) in XtraSpellChecker, because czech language dictionaries are distributed under GNU/GPL licence. We would like to buy dictionaries from Lingea company (they offers dictionaries for Microsoft Office - czech edition), but their components are accesible via COM only. Is It possible create specific XtraSpellChecker dictionary class, which will communicate through COM interop with this component? Is XtraSpellChecker API ready for this task?

You could try using the ISpell dictionary instead. I'm not sure what the licensing model is regarding it though:

You can also create a custom dictionary file for use with the XtraSpellChecker component:
