While I can understand not allowing users to comment on KB entries, it would still be nice :) That said, what's the best way  to contact DX regarding an issue. Say I have a solution for an unanswered issue; I don't want to create another issue to respond to an existing one.

Based on some of the comments sent to DX that I've seen, I'd say "angrily". And don't forget to throw in a large helping of self-entitlement.

In that case, you can email support@devexpress.com and reference the issue id. 

Alternatively or in addition to, you can also post to the specific product forum, link to the issue id and post your answer there.
