  I am unable to download the "DXperience v2008 vol 2.6 for Visual Studio 2005, 2008 "  exe.  We need that to implement in our project. And also, Is it possible to purchase the "ExpressSkinsLibrary" tool alone?

 What is the problem with the download?

I tried to download the trial version from this link http://www.devexpress.com/Downloads/NET/ . But unfortunately, the exe couldnt get downloaded fully. Is there any other way to download the exe?

 The total size of the downloaded exe is 0 bytes.

Have you tried it after emptying your cache or with an alternate browser ?

Or perhaps even your company's router (or other caching application) is caching the bad file.
