Is there any End User applicable documentation available for the End User Designer ? The information included in the help files is to advanced for most of my users.

I have good and bad news for you in this regard. The bad one is that unfortunately the end-user documentation isn't available as yet. The good news is that it appears to be published soon.

By now, you are recommended to start tracking a suggestion at http://www.devexpress.com/issue=A1248, to be notified when it is implemented.
