    Hi

I have just uninstalled DXperience/XAF 7.3.7, and installed DXperience/XAF 8.1.2, including running the project converters for both DXperience and XAF.

The web solution compiles and runs, but looks terrible due to a whole lot of broken style settings.

I generated a new web application for comparison (it runs and displays pages correctly) and discovered many changes in Default.aspx, etc., that account for the broken styles (amongst other things).

Given that this code was mostly generated automatically, what is the best procedure to follow for upgrading from one XAF version to the next? Have I missed something obvious? Should I just start a new project and move my class files across (painful)?

    Regards

    Andrew

I think in 8.1 there was a change to using Web Application Projects instead of Web Site Projects.

Thanks, Robert. This is exactly what I need. This article probably came up in my own knowledgebase searches, but the title didn't catch my eye as a possible solution. It helps to know what you you are looking for... Smile
