Slow, and sometimes the screen does not appear,
However, if the other side of the client, using Microsoft Explorer 7.0, there will be no problem
how to reproduce :
1. version of IE is 6.0.3790.3959
2. We do not use Multiple IE
3. our application only use htmleditor component
4. first We delete temporary Internet files , to ensure the accuracy of test
5. second , to run our web site, will appear slow down ,like crash
6. After 10 minutes, the screen will appear, this is Unreasonable
