I have created pivot table like this:

I have to add missing months into column fields (May, June, July and so on ...) how to achive this ?

Final look should be like

             |  January | February |     March |        April |         May |        June |         July |   August | September |   October | November | December |

Item1     |       1000 |       1000 |       1000 |       1000 |             0 |             0 |             0 |            0 |                 0 |             0 |               0 |                0 |
