I just bought a license of CodeRish/Refactor! Pro.  As soon as I run the installer I just downloaded, I get a dialog saying:

    IDETools-9.1.3.exe - Bad Image

The application or DLL c:\WINDOWS\system32\msxml4.dll is not a valid Windows image. Please check this against your installation diskette.

When I clicked OK, it continued on to the install, but the About dialog in VS said CodeRush, etc had expired licenses.  I tried completely uninstalling the eval copy I had, but it still comes up.  What can I do to fix this?
