In Outlook I created a custom form that on close should send the form to a specified person. When I am in the 'design form' section from the tools menu and I click "Run this form' everything works as planned and the form is attached to an email and sent. When I try this through the 'Choose Form' option instead of attaching the form to the email it attaches a task with all the information from the form.
Any ideas on why this may be happening?
