Hi All, Are there any others that have the same problem that Ed Blankenship experiences in the bug reported (CB62397).
I am having the same problem..
Any help is requested as the development team cannot reproduce this problem. "None of the tool windows ever show when the menu item is activated except for: Options, About, Check for Update, and Training Videos. All others (i.e. User Guide, CodeRush, Metrics, etc.) do not show when clicked.""

The same problem is happening to me on Vista/VS2008RTM/CR2.5.10.

I didn't try the fix because it looks outdated.

Mark, perhaps you should add another hint to your latest blog post on how to install CR for VS2008
