I need to know some background about the Reports, I have a application that needs to print a configured report in runtime. Is there a method that will print a configured report?

Could you please describe your task in more detail? In general, it seems that it can be easily accomplished with XtraReports. For example, you may create a report class, then create an object of this class, and call its Print or PrintDialog method. For more information, please refer to our documentation.
