How to run a startup after CustomButton_Click

Hi, I would like to show a popup once CustomButton_click event was completed. So, I tried to register a startup script wihtin the page to show my popup on next page load. But the problem is your control is ajaxified so it doesn't fired postback. Currently, I'm using telerik window for my popups...
