IDE Freeze and Very Slow VS performance during VSX development

CodeRush XPress - Visual Studio 2008

Hi. I've just installed the free CodeRush XPress addon, and it looks nice, however I can't figure out how to change the key bindings! I find Ctrl+Alt+F awkward to hit, and Shift+Enter conflicts with an existing keybinding I have had setup for the last 3 years so am really resistant to CodeRush...

Refactor Asp and CodeRush Express will not install concurently

If I install CodeRush Express first I cannot install Refactor Asp as well as the other way around (Widows Vista & VS2008). In both cases the instalations say that another version of this product is already installed... Is this normal and is there a fix? Regards
