Changing from Devexpress 7.1 to Trial Version 8.2

Hi, I have a windows application running with devexpress 7.1 successfully. Now I downloaded the latest 8.2, removed all old references/assemblies and added new new ones but I still get the below errors. I thought that maybe there could be a conflict with the existing 7.1.
