SuperToolTip position on the RibbonBarButton

Hi, Is there a way to set the position of a super tool tip on a ribbon button. Move Pageheader items on Ribbon bar to left side

The Ribbon PageHeader Items show up at the right side of the Ribbon Control. I would like to show them at the left side. Can I do that programmaticaly? Normally the Ribbon Menu Items show up on the left side, but I don't use them, so that is of no concern.

How to hide ribbonControl bar items on WinForms

New Windows 7 / Office 14 Application Menu on Ribbon Control

It looks like Microsoft has changed their Ribbon's application menu style, no longer using that Office orb thing. I'm hoping DevExpress updates to support this style soon. Screenshots below:
