  • XRTable height

Hi, I have a custom XRTable in DevExpress 2008 that has the height set to include the entire page report (even if I have only one row, the table's height is equal with the page height). The problem is that after I've converted the project to DevExpress 2010, the height is equal with the rows...

  • Whitespace in Nested Tables

I have a table with a single row and two cells in that row. In each cell I have nested a table, and the outer table is sized to have just enough room for the inner tables without much extra space below. When the inner tables grow and stretch the outer table, there is substantial whitespace below both...

  • Table borders in a sub report

I have a sub report that is a table that has the borders set to tall. However, when I run the parent report and the subreport shows, the border does not appear and the size of the table is being shrunk significantly. I have resized both the sub report and the xrsubreport control on the parent report...

  • Height of XRTableCell with wrapping text at runtime?

Hello, I have made a report that contains an XRSubreport. I would like to know if there is any way to get the height of cells within the subreport (or the main report, for that matter) considering the fact that the cells contain text that has wrapped, causing the heights of the cells to change (at least...

  • Xrtable row separation height

I have a xrtable working with 7 rows. I created the xrtable in design mode. I want to decrease the separation between the rows and want to turn on all the grid lines so that it looks exactly like a table. How do I do that?Right now between every row there is a gap. Thanks

  • Resizing Child Controls

I am trying to get a child table to resized based on a different child control. So the example is that i have a table that is 2 columns by 1 row. In each cell is a table with 2 columns and 1 row. So in cell 1 of the parent table, the table grows due to data, and i want the table in cell 2 to grow to...

  • Re: Problem with cell merged

Until that later update comes... if you can use scripts in your report, it's possible to make a table with makeshift vertically merged cells using the XRTable. The following C# code is an OnBeforePrint event handler assigned to a table cell that requires merging. This code works when input into the...

  • Error when attempting to export a report to PDF

I had a report that I modified by adding a AfterPrint event handler to one of the rows. public void xrTableRow7_AfterPrint( object sender, EventArgs e){ XRTableRow row = new XRTableRow (); this .xrTable4.Rows.Add(row);} Now I get an error when I attempt to generate the report: Collection was modified;...

  • Re: XRLine inside XRTable

Hello Mi, You can't insert a line into XRTable. Instead, you can insert an XRLine control into the Controls collection of an XRTableCell object, or simply enable its borders. Does this help you? If not, please explain your requirements in greater detail.
