Just download the file, unzip and restore it into your SQL or SQL Express instance.
In the webinar one of the questions was ‘what about support for iOS 7?’, it was available in 13.1.6 as a preview, but it is now available in the latest maintenance release 13.1.7. In order to activate the theme, you will need to perform the steps detailed on this page of the documentation.
