As we celebrate 15 years in the software development tools business this month, I wanted to personally thank each and every one of you for your loyal patronage over the years. It goes without saying: we'd be nowhere without our loyal users.

Agreed, the technical support offered is brilliant, even though I am in the UK I can guarantee the morning after I have asked my question, a dumb one most of the time, there is an answer and most of the time with an example in the dev language of my choice.

If only the rest of the corporate UK took just 1% of this magic touch towards customer services, the world would be a much better place.
