DevExpress Icon Library - The Number of Icons Keeps Growing

Here's something I've never really discussed on this blog - our Icon Library. Since we introduced it a year or so ago, it's matured quite a bit and now includes a ton of beautiful icons you can use royalty-free (assuming you have an active DevExpress Subscription) in your next software project.

The DevExpress Icon Library is included in all our subscriptions - so whether you own Universal, DXperience or a single platform subscription, you'll have access to all the icons we ship.

v15.1 brings with it icons we created last year for our WinForms and WPF Outlook-inspired DevAV demos - these icons were patterned after those shipping in Outlook 2013 and many of you could not wait to get your hands on them...

@Crono: The DevAV collection adds 220 icons. The entire library now includes about 3,100 icons.

@Scott: Yes, we'll ship the new icons with VCL v15.1 too.

@John01: XAF allows using any custom images including images from the aforementioned Icon Library. Also, it is already possible to import multiple images in XAF at once. I remember we discussed this topic at isc.devexpress.com/.../Q471376 where I provided additional details on how to realize this in XAF app. If you still have difficulties with the suggested approach, please reactivate this ticket and elaborate more on the current problems. We will be more than happy to help you.

Hi Neven,

Currently, we provide only icons which have the 16x16 and 32x32 sizes. However, we are going to release bigger icons in one of our future releases.
