You're all going to dress up as the Fab Four in honor of Beatles Rockband?  Or is Vern Troyer (Mini Me) going to dress up as Paul?

I think, the theme is "to make programming a fun rather than a headache". Since, programming is difficult by default, DevExpress makes it fun for developers by providing easy-to-use, intelligent and state-of-the-art controls.

Since it's a picture of a 4-stringed instrument of some sort, you're going to advocate that Developer Express tools should be the Bass (base) of your programming experience?

That's better than hosting rounds of "String Quartet Hero"... although I'd actually PLAY that one. :)
