Mark: Not long now! We'll be talking about what's new in DevExpress VCL once the .NET v15.1 products have been released. Generally the VCL Subscription release is two weeks after the DevExpress Universal release.

Stay tuned!

Cheers, Julian

Luigi,

Tables are not supported yet. It's something we do want to implement in a future release.

Couple of questions: 1) Does it support mail merge yet? 2) What version of RTF are you using? When I look at an RTF your editor saves using TextPad, the structure of the file is different than WordPad saves the same content.

Oh, one more question. Why can I copy/paste an image from something like SnagIt and paste it into the editor, but if I am copying content from Word and it contains and image, that image doesn't get pasted into the editor?

Chris,

In regards to pasting an image: unfortunately, this is a well-known problem that we cannot resolve. MSWord doesn't allow the browser to get an image from a pasted fragment. Therefore, it's a low-level problem that we cannot control.

For the other issues, yes, there is Mail-merge like feature now in RichEdit:

I showed this feature in the What's New ASP webinar:

As for RTF version, I'm not sure about TextPad but we are definitely compatible with Microsoft Word. Could you please report this issue to our support team so they can investigate it further? www.devexpress.com/.../CreateIssue.aspx
